Barreled Gin Martinez

A flavorful twist on a martini, the sweetness of cherry and vermouth blends easily to highlight our barrel-aged gin’s vanilla notes.

RECIPE

1 ½ oz Prominence Barreled Gin

1 ½ oz Sweet vermouth

¼ oz Maraschino liqueur

2 dashes Angostura bitters

In a shaker, add all ingredients over ice and stir to chill. Strain into a coupe and garnish with orange peel or dehydrated orange.
