Gin Around The Rosie

Elegant and complex, this drink elevates our barrelled gin to new heights.

RECIPE

2 oz Prominence Barreled Gin

1 oz Rose vermouth

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir all ingredients. Strain and serve up. Garnish with an orange peel.

Note: Rose Vermouths vary widely in flavor and sweetness. Add simple syrup if using a less sweet vermouth.
