This delicious cocktail is named in honor of Daniel Quasar, the queer non-binary designer, artist, and musician who designed the Progress Flag as we know it today - it celebrates the diversity of the LGBTQ+ community and places a greater emphasis on inclusion and the need for progress.

RECIPE

2 oz Cafe Frieda Coffee Liqueur
3 oz Milk
½ oz Chocolate syrup
Barspoon of condensed milk
Pinch of chocolate sprinkles

  1. Shake first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice

  2. Double strain over ice

  3. Garnish with condensed milk and chocolate sprinkles
