The Jubilee

In honor of Juneteenth and Opal Lee, who fought to recognize it as a national holiday.

RECIPE

1 ½ oz Foundation Vodka

½ oz Fresh lemon juice

½ oz Simple syrup

½ oz Strawberry puree

4 oz Water

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and pour into tall glass. Garnish with lemon wheel, halved strawberry and mint.
