The Nichelle Nichols
This bubbly, lower AVB apple-spiced cocktail is perfect for all celebrations! Named for Star Trek actor, Nichelle Nichols, who used her stardom to help diversify NASA.
RECIPE
¼ oz Lemon juice
¼ oz Simple syrup
5 oz Sparkling wine
Add first three ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and double strain into coupe or flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with thin apple slices.
