The Olivia Owens

This rosemary pimms cocktail is inspired by entrepreneur, Olivia Owens, who set out to address funding disparities for women of color through her work at IFundWomen. After only one year, 51% of the funds at the IFundWomen platform went to women of color! Owens is just getting started. We raise a glass to her!

RECIPE

1 oz Prominence Gin

1 oz Pimms 

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz rosemary syrup

Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig and blackberry

Combine all ingredients in a large wine glass. Add ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish.

Rosemary Syrup

Steep 5 sprigs of fresh rosemary in hot water. Add 1 cup of sugar and stir to dissolve. Let cool and remove rosemary sprigs.
