THE ROSE MARCARIO
The Rose Marcario Cocktail is a refreshing drink, perfect for everything from brunch to happy hour. It's named for Rose Marcario, the LGBTQ+ environmentalist that was CEO of Patagonia for 12 years. Marcario was listed as #1 on Fast Company’s 2020 Queer 50 List of most influential LGBTQ women and nonbinary innovators in business and tech.
"How do we use business as a force for good, instead of evil and greed? To create jobs, to give people satisfaction that they’re helping the world, and not hurting it” asks Marcario. She has a vision for the world where in the future there is clean energy, care-giving is valued, and our home planet is protected. We'll drink to that!
RECIPE
5 oz Orange juice
1 ½ oz Foundation Vodka
¼ oz Rosemary syrup
Build all ingredients over crushed ice
Stir
Garnish with orange slice and rosemary sprig
