WEALTHY APPLE
In 1868, the determined horticulturalist Peter Gideon created the first apple that could survive the Minnesota cold by crossing a Siberian crabapple tree with a Maine apple seed. He named the result after his wife, Wealthy Gideon. This drink celebrates those willing to persevere and break the rules for something better.
