The Bo Thao-Urabe
This refreshing cocktail is inspired by Bo Thao-Urabe, founder of the Coalition of Asian-American Leaders who served as a member of President Obama’s White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Thao-Urabe is an incredible thought leader and community connector who brings together affinity groups to build a world that works better for all of us.
In 2020, she was a AFP National Philanthropy Day honoree described as: “...a possibilian who focuses on creating community-centered, asset-based solutions, and transforming practices so that there is meaningful change for those who are most impacted by systemic inequities.”

RECIPE
1 ½ oz Prominence Gin
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz Simple syrup
Club soda
Lemon wheel
Rosemary sprig
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in glass and stir
Add ice, top with club soda
Stir again, and garnish with lemon and rosemary
