The LeVar Burton

Inspired by LeVar Burton, actor, director, curator, producer, presenter, writer, and podcaster who stoked our imaginations with Reading Rainbow, inspired us through his work on Star Trek, and as Chief Reading Officer at Osmo.

RECIPE

2 oz Foundation Vodka

½ oz Heavy cream

½ oz Maple Syrup

2 Bar spoons of pumpkin puree

Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice

3 Drops vanilla extract

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Double strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish.
